Like most offices NARA has open and closing times. On top of this we have times when our staff are involved in dealing with emergencies or delivering urgent medical equipment. It is therefore reassuring to know that whatever time of day or night someone will be on hand to help 365 days a year.
Normal Office Hours are;
Monday to Thursday 10.00am to 4.00pm,
and Friday 10.00am to 2.00pm.
Outside the above hours, or during busy periods please call our number and precise details will be given of how someone can be contacted.
Community Care Programme ...
Our registered patients, with equipment, will be aware of our Community Care Programme. An integral part of this deals with emergency situations. Where there is a problem with any of our equipment a bleeper number is given. Obviously, if the problem is due to deterioration in a patients` health then it is advised they call their GP or Surgery as normal.
