Testimonials

See what people are saying about us.

We're only to pleased to be able to help, having had our youngest son born with severe breathing problems. He was born nine weeks premature, weighing little more than a bag of sugar. I wished you'd been around when he was born 23 years ago. He stopped breathing twice in my arms and I was terrified to take him home, when he was two months old, weighing still only four and a half pounds. He battled on for several years and then seemed to catch up with his contemporaries and overtook them too eventually reaching 6ft4, he is our 'gentle giant'. He's a lovely young man with a lovely nature and we count our blessings and thank god for him everyday. He has just got married, so that was another wonderful day for us all. Maybe his story will give hope to other mums.

God Bless you all in your work.

Dear Readers,

I cannot thank NARA enough for the loan of their nebuliser. If it wasn't for this charity I would not have the quality of everyday life. I Am able to go out and have my neb with me should I need to use it, which I have done on several occasion's. It is a great charity that I will carry on supporting and raising money no matter how large or small as every penny counts to help another patient like myself to get the help. Thank you so much NARA you are a great team.

I have a child, who suffers from apnoea (stopping breathing). She was only two weeks old when we found out that she had apnoea and this changed the whole families way of life. I would like to say charities like NARA are a great help. My daughter also needed a humidifier so the hospital said to go and get one. Not everyone can just go out and get one as they do cost quite a few pounds and not everyone has this sort of money spare, this is where NARA helped us again by buying the humidifier. I would like to say a big thank you, if it wasn't for charities like NARA a lot of people would be left helpless. So if you can help please do, your not just helping a child, your helping the child's family to have a near as possible normal life.

Thank you again NARA and thank you for reading.
